Shipping and Returns Policy
  Shipping
All merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Santa Cruz, CA.

Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after we receive them. Allow extra time during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping charges on retail orders are as follows:
    • $8.95 for orders up to $25.00;
    • $10.95 for orders from $25.01 to $49.99;
    • Free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more (before shipping charges) via UPS Ground Service within the 48 contiguous states only. Each “ship to” address constitutes a separate order. Shipping costs are calculated at the time the order is placed and will be included on your invoice.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service in the contiguous 48 states. UPS requires a numerical street address and will not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.


Returns
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. We will replace any damaged or spoiled products provided that you provide us with notice of such damage or spoilage within five days of receipt of your order.
