With our café opening soon we’re looking for some creative,
motivated individuals who enjoy the challenge of working for a small business
in a competitive market and are versatile enough to handle several different
positions.
Baristas
We’ll be serving espresso drinks, drip coffee and specialty
teas. Our baristas should be friendly and outgoing, provide great customer
service and appreciate and enjoy great coffee and tea.
Kitchen Crew
We’ll be showcasing our award-winning baking mixes and
preparing gourmet baked goods and lunch items. We’re looking for creative
people who enjoy baking and cooking and can also help out in the café.
Wholesale Operations
Our wholesale business includes several activities:
Production
Includes purchasing and managing inventory, blending baking
mixes and preparing finished product for shipment. The position includes
operation of a fork lift and some heavy lifting.
Order Fulfillment
Our warehouse crew handles packaging products, picking and
packing orders and preparing shipments for UPS, FedEx and LTL delivery.
Customer Service
Involves handling customer calls, inside sales, office
administration and helping out at trade shows.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested
in learning about all aspects of a small manufacturing and retail business. You
will train in all areas of the business, but focus on the area where your
skills and interest can best serve the company.
Summer Intern
We’re also looking for a Summer intern studying graphic
design with some programming experience to help us upgrade our retail and
wholesale web sites. The hours are flexible and you can work from home or our
offices in Santa Cruz, but you will be expected to meet project schedules and
produce high quality work.
