Testimonials
Sometimes we are delightfully surprised when a product we thought would be good, or very good, turns out to be . . . splendid. We are delighted to have found the all-natural scone mixes from Iveta Gourmet. . . Easy to bake scones in a non-traditional recipe that replaces butter and eggs with heavy cream. The result: moist, tender scones instead of hard dry ones.
Blueberry Scone Mix
The taste is to die for! I have made several of the Iveta
scone mixes, and this one is so delicious. An added plus is that the directions
are simple. I have made several batches and they all turned out perfectly,
which isn't always the case with scone mixes from other companies. Since there
are two of us, we refrigerate and reheat leftover scones, and even a day or two
later, they are still pretty darned good. A winner for sure!

Chocloate Chip Scone Mix
I want you to know that I have tried scones from here to
Europe and nothing, I mean nothing, compares to these excellent scones. Most scones are dry and can be launched like a hockey puck but not these. The scones
NEVER get hard and my 7 & 8 year old girls LOVE them.

Cranberry Scone Mix
This is the best flavor I have tried. They are sweet with a
little bit of tartness from the cranberries. Perfect for the holidays. Moist
and delicious.

Strawberry Scone Mix
This was the first flavor of Iveta scones I've tried, and it
remains our favorite! Other scones are often dry, or at best, only good while
warm from the oven, but these are SO MOIST (because you use whipping cream to
make them) and they're delicious even when they're cold. (Although to be
honest, we rarely have any leftover to eat later in the day) They are wonderful
with some lightly sweetened whipped cream and/or a little lemon curd. And goes
perfectly with a cup of tea, milk, or coffee. They are easy to mix, and bake up
in only a few minutes. I've given several people gifts of these scone mixes and
the scone pan. It's a gift that will never fail to impress and please! The
company mails orders out super fast! Our family LOVES these scones!

Raspberry Scone Mix
This is a must have in your pantry for a planned or
impromptu treat for your family and guests. The texture of the scones is
perfect! So English. Not too hard; not too soft. We have also tried the lemon
and cinnamon scones (very good), and the white chocolate scones (too sweet for
my taste but our guests loved them). We are fans of Iveta and recommend the
products to our friends and family. Enjoy!

Friends
Last fall our dear friend, Linda asked you to make up a
"tea party" for us. You packed a gorgeous hat box full of scone
mixes, clotted cream, curds, jams and tea. It was absolutely
gorgeous, and even better totally delicious. . . . Our family had planned
a trip to England in June, it was to have been my husband and I, our daughter,
her husband and 2 daughters to visit our friends. . . . It had been a
trip we had planned for 2 years. My husband became too ill to travel, but
was able to stay home alone with his doctors care. Then on the day of
arrival my daughter's beloved Collie was seriously injured at the boarding
facility. The necessary surgery and after care left them no option but to
turn around and fly back home. It was such a disappointment. . . . Linda
wanted to give us a small taste of England with the gift you made for us.
It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Our hearts filled with
gratitude for all the blessings we have in our lives. And yes, the Collie
has made a wonderful recovery, although she will never have full use of that
leg again; she did survive. She is such a sweet soul, less trusting of
those not family, but still our beautiful sweet Collie girl. So, thank you for
being part of our healing process. I am saving all your
information. One of these days I hope to contact you to make a tea party
for someone and give them the same joyous experience our family had.

Cinnamon Chip Scone Mix
Truly heavenly! Very moist, light, and fluffy. I like to
serve them warm from the oven with apple jelly spread on top and a nice cup of
Earl Grey.
